We´ve been working with Social Bite since 2020, joining them on their mission to end homelessness by providing homes, jobs, food and support to empower people to transform their lives. Each year they give out over 150,000 items of food and drink, place people into supported employment through their Jobs First programme and provide safe places to call home through accommodation projects like The Social Bite Village.
The Festival of Kindness is a campaign aiming to provide 300,000 meals, gifts, and essential items for people who are homeless and vulnerable this winter right across the UK, alongside accommodation for people sleeping rough and long-term housing and employment projects.

Over the years, we´ve teamed up with Social Bite in a number of ways. Back in 2020, we invited guests to ‘pay it forward’ and buy someone homeless a Christmas meal by adding a donation to their bill. To date, this has funded over 100,000 meals and winter food packs.
In September 2024, we took on a 100 Mile Challenge for the charity, with thousands of our colleagues across sister brands covering 88,000 miles and raising £113,000. We have now provided jobs for 20 people affected by homelessness and our goal is to reach 100 as soon as possible. We have ambitious plans to help Social Bite increase their impact and reach through their social business coffee shops and housing programmes.
